  • Maintain a schedule that will allow you time to study and rest. Take regular breaks, set limits and avoid multitasking
  • Pay attention to your feelings, notice your behaviours and your emotions.
  • Learn to approach problems with an open mind, problem solve effectively and challenge yourself.
  • Be positive, what are your goals and your plan to get to them
