At ILAC, we are here to support you every step of the way. We offer support in the following areas:
Orientation introduces you to campus life, ILAC services, transportation, local amenities and important contacts. Your welcome package is emailed approximately two weeks before your start date and includes placement-test instructions, orientation links and information about the ILAC Student Portal. Visit the reception desk at any ILAC campus for information sessions offered in multiple languages. New students can also sign up at reception for a campus tour held every Monday.
Free weekly events help students make friends, practise English and become part of the ILAC community. Check the activity calendar for upcoming campus events, cultural activities and excursions. New students are also invited to ILAC welcome parties during main start-date weeks.
The Student Services team visits classrooms on Mondays and offers weekly office hours every Wednesday. Students can receive guidance about class placement, level progression, course options, e-textbooks, learning platforms and other academic resources.

Graduation celebrations take place at every ILAC campus at 1:00 p.m. each Friday. Join the ILAC community in recognizing students who are completing their programs and celebrating their accomplishments.
