What to Expect From Your Homestay Experience

Canada is one of the most diverse countries in the world. ILAC homestay families reflect the many cultures and backgrounds that make Canada unique.

  • Breakfast and lunch snacks are self-serve, while dinner is served hot by the homestay family.
  • A comfortable private room, or shared twin room, with a shared bathroom.
  • Two or three meals per day, seven days a week, depending on the selected meal plan.

Adult Roomstay

Adult Roomstay offers a more independent accommodation option with access to essential household facilities.

  • Cupboard storage for dry goods and refrigerator space for perishable items.
  • Access to small appliances, including a microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.
  • No stove-top cooking.
  • Wi-Fi included.
  • Coin-operated laundry available.

Toiletries are not included.

Have it your way. Buy your own food, prepare and cook your meals, or eat out whenever you want. Shared House offers greater independence and flexibility. Available based on availability.
