Laíze from Brazil Describes ILAC’s “Marketing of Kindness”

My four weeks at ILAC were simply amazing. My main goal was to improve my English so I chose to study at ILAC Vancouver. The school welcomed me with open arms and in a beautiful and gentle way. I have gained friends of many countries in the world, wonderful people who helped me in my journey.

My three teachers, Faya, Ben and Arezoo, were very wonderful. Faya was my main teacher, who believed in my potential when I said that I wanted to go down a level because I didn’t think I would be able to keep up with the class. She said “give your best, have fun, enjoy and relax”. I trusted her and was able to finish the four weeks with great joy and success at level 10!

My new friends are all very nice and supportive. I am immensely happy and satisfied with the results and with everything that happened. As a marketing and communications consultant and teacher, I also have many good points to share. The best marketing for a company happens when the satisfied and faithful customer shares your experience. And ILAC knows how to connect with clients.

Here are five attributes that I consider important in marketing and that I have identified in ILAC employees:

  • Attention
  • Empathy
  • Humanity
  • Kindness
  • Trust

At ILAC I was treated very well, respected and received all the support I needed.

For me, the whole experience has shown me that ILAC knows how to use “marketing of kindness” to gain the hearts of its students.

I hope to return to ILAC soon and you can count on me to recommend ILAC Vancouver to other students.
