ILAC Hosts the 10 Most Influential Hispanic Canadian Awards

In November, ILAC hosted the 10 Most Influential Hispanic Canadians annual awards ceremony at the Georgian@ILAC campus in Toronto. It was a chance to show off our new building to the local Hispanic community, including ambassadors, consul generals and business leaders.

Established in 2007, the TLN 10 Most Influential Hispanic Canadians annual awards is the most distinguished and only nationally run awards program within the Hispanic community in the country. Organized by the TLN Media Group in partnership with the Canadian Hispanic Business Alliance, the annual event brings together members of the community to recognize and celebrate the achievements of Spanish-speaking Canadians.

“The Spanish-speaking community in Canada and around the world has always been a big part of the ILAC family,” said ILAC Chairman Jonathan Kolber in his welcome remarks. “Many of our students from across Latin America have made Canada their home and we are proud to support the achievements of Hispanic Canadians at this annual event”.
