Picnic tables and good music will make you want to come back to The Madison Avenue Pub on hot summer evenings. And if you want to keep the party going, wait until the place turns into a crowded bar at night!

Jack Astor’s at Yonge & Dundas is a downtown Toronto classic. Overlooking Dundas Square from the third floor of 10 Dundas Street East, this location opens its patio for the public to enjoy during the summer. If you’re looking for a casual restaurant to eat and have drinks, this is the place to be! You could also visit the smaller patio at the Jack Astor’s right beside the ILAC advanced building.

5. Drake Sky Yard

Sky Yard: Oasis

Open year-round, it’s never too cold for the rooftop patio at the Drake hotel. Serving a young, hip crowd, this place is a great destination for meeting new people over brunch.
