Canada Partnership Forum | Vancouver 2019

The Canada Partnership Forum 2019 took place in Vancouver, from April 19th to 24th. We had the honour of receiving 190 higher education focused recruitment agents from 30 different countries, for 4 days of exceptional networking, fun, mingling, and the development of stronger ties between the representatives of the highest educational institutes in Canada.

“ILAC has always been a pioneer in university and college pathways, sending students to higher education programs after the language program with ILAC, so we thought it was a natural extension to create the Canada Partnership Forum and provide our agents with an opportunity to create meaningful interactions and partnerships of their own,” said Ilan Cohen, ILAC’s Founder and Co-President.

With over 1,300 one-on-one meetings, 70+ seminars, and thousands of unforgettable memories, we had the pleasure of uniting and being the point of contact between our partners and the 85+ representatives from various recognized universities and colleges that attended the forum.

For some, the Canada Partnership Forum was also a rewarding experience that will help them introduce their higher education institutions to students around the world. “I’ve met with a number of agents from different countries and I’m having very good quality conversations. It’s good to find a partner that has students who are interested in what you have to offer, and that’s what I’m finding really helpful about this event,” said Paula Thiessen from Lakehead University.
