ILAC Launches America Partnership Forum (APF) Events Worldwide

This spring, ILAC, through its sister company UniApplyNow, is launching its first America Partnership Forum (APF) events worldwide to promote higher education opportunities in the USA. The majority of APFs in 2025 will be joint events with the Canada Partnership Forum (CPF) allowing ILAC to showcase the best higher education institutions in North America.

Each forum will introduce premier American and Canadian colleges and universities to international agents in an intimate and dynamic setting. CPF and APF events provide schools and agents with the following benefits:

Global reach
In 2024, ILAC acquired UniApplyNow, which has a network of over 300 top colleges and universities across the United States and Canada and features more than 20,000 graduate and undergraduate programs. Over the past 30 years, ILAC has built a productive and collaborative network of the most reputable agents in the world who are looking for new opportunities for their students.

Personalized networking & training
Both CPF and APF events offer Canadian and US universities the chance to present their academic programs to trusted global partners in high-demand higher education markets. This allows schools and agents to build meaningful relationships and allows for deeper discussions about programs and opportunities.

Enhanced admissions process
UniApplyNow provides innovative technology that helps international students and agents navigate the application process efficiently. A team of expert counselors ensures that students and partners have the personal support needed to make informed decisions.

Focus on trends in higher education
The forums explore trends in higher education, such as the growing demand for STEM programs and opportunities related to work and study, such as CPT (Curricular Practical Training) and OPT (Optional Practical Training) for international students. These programs allow international students to work and study in the USA from day one.

The forum will also focus on Post Graduate Work Permit (PGWP) eligible programs available at Canadian colleges and universities.

“UniApplyNow has been a trusted partner for students, institutions and agents for many years,” says Jenny Nieveen, President of UniApplyNow. “The America & Canada Partnership Forum is a fantastic opportunity for schools and global partners to connect, share knowledge and foster educational growth.”

The first global forums taking place this spring are:
