ILAC Update – Omicron Variant

Due to the rapid spread of the Omicron COVID-19 variant, ILAC is temporarily transitioning to online classes:

Toronto: December 29, 2021 – January 7, 2022

Vancouver: December 28, 2021 – January 7, 2022

We hope Omicron will turn out to be less harmful than other variants, more like a seasonal flu, but we are taking precautions to protect the health and safety of our students, teachers, staff and the community.

Canada’s borders continue to be open for international students and ILAC operations are functioning as usual. Planned arrivals for all ILAC Education Group programs in Toronto and Vancouver are taking place as normal.

ILAC will be hosting pop-vaccine clinics in the coming weeks to support students with their second and third vaccine doses.

For more information, please go to www.travel.gc.ca/travel-covid/travel-restrictions/covid-vaccinated-travellers-entering-canada

We look forward to seeing everyone back on our campuses on January 10, 2022!
