Educational agents voted for educators in various regions and education institutions around the world nominated agencies that deserve the accolade. As well as solid business relations between partners, reasons for nominating a particular candidate may include particular attention to quality control, course development, 24-hour assistance to clients, technological development or plain hard work and dedication. There is usually a 5-month window for voting. One month prior to revealing the winners, LTM profiled the shortlist of nominees that received the highest number of votes in each category.
