I would like to share the unforgettable experience of my study at ILAC.
When educational agency “MEGANOM” organized a trip to Canada and offered that I join a group I accepted their invitation without any hesitation”. Thanks to “Educational agency “MEGANOM” most of my friends have already had experience studying in English speaking countries. So I too liked the idea of going to Canada.
On the first day I was a little bit scared of one school rule “English Policy”. According to this policy students are not allowed to speak their own languages neither during the classes nor during the breaks. As famous proverb says “fear has big eyes” so we too also got used to speaking English all the time. At the beginning it was very hard to study English for 3 hours but soon I adjusted to the new English speaking environment and therefore class time started flying by for us.
I was studying with students from different countries. I am very thankful to my teacher, Sara who was creating a very friendly environment helping students to learn new materials faster.
She regularly gave us different creative assignments ranging from a new coffee brand presentation to lawyer’s speech to the Supreme Court. The only disadvantage of my study at ILAC was the mandatory homework after each classes (right in the middle of summer.. boo…). But this challenge helped us to build a strong team.
Every 2 weeks we had to write a test based on the materials we had studied. So we did not get any favours from teachers even though it was our vacation.
ILAC offers amazing cultural and social activities which introduced many new things and we got to see many interesting places. Niagara falls- this is a miracle! It is impossible to find words to describe it. And you have to see it with your own eyes.
“Wonderland’s rollercoaster is a real unforgettable experience of your life! We also had a lot of fun a the ILAC’s Boat Party and enjoyed the night view of Toronto.
Overall, my trip to Canada was the most exciting time I have ever had and I left with unforgettable memories. Due to this trip I significantly improved my English level and started speaking English fluently.
